Dear Parents, As some of you know, at graduation next June, Sixth Class pupils are presented with a yearbook, which is a wonderful reminder of their time in St Brigid’s. We’ll start work on producing the yearbook in new year but, for now, it would be great if you could start to gather any photographs that you would like to send on for inclusion – the vast majority of the yearbook is made up of photographs, most of which we rely on parents to provide.
Please note that these general photographs can only be of school events (plays, sports days, first day, First Holy Communion, Christmas, school tours, Hallowe’en, sponsored events, etc.) and can only be of pupils in Sixth Class. For privacy reasons, we cannot accept photographs of children from other years, including siblings. Although photographs of individual children are used, if you have group shots please send them on, as they enable us to include more children.
We shall also need one photograph of your child aged about five. Some parents send in the school photograph taken at the end of Junior Infants, but this photograph can be any you have. It is the only one that can be of your child outside school.
There will be a meeting in January for anyone who is interested in helping to produce the yearbook or who wants to find out more about it.
If you would prefer that your child is not included in the yearbook, please let us know as soon as possible.
Please forward any questions you may have in relation to the yearbook to stbrigids2019 @gmail.com.
