St. Brigid’s Day 2024
- This week all classes have been studying the life of St. Brigid as part of the Grow in Love Program and have learnt the song “We Sing a Song to Brigid” which they have been singing beautifully.
- To celebrate St. Brigid’s Day our senior classes went to mass in Holy Rory Church on Wednesday. Many parishioners commented on how well behaved the children were. Maith sibh a pháistí ! I am so proud of you all.
- Children in our 4th and 5th class have been busy making their own St. Brigid’s Crosses from actual reeds which they have really enjoyed.
- Katie, Sadie, Amelie, Ava, Maria, Orla, Sophie and Ava sang ‘We Sing a Song to Brigid’ on the intercom on St. Brigid’s Day. They sang beautifully and were very excited to be on the school intercom. Rian read a lovely reflection.
