Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are excited to inform you that students are invited to dress up for Halloween on Friday, 25th October! It’s always a fun-filled day for the children, and we look forward to seeing their creative costumes.
To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time, please keep the following guidelines in mind when helping your child prepare their costume:
- Minimal and Appropriate Face Paint: Please ensure face paint is kept to a minimum and not too scary, especially for our younger students.
- No Accessories: For safety reasons, no accessories (such as wands, swords, or masks) will be allowed, as they can be dangerous and easily misplaced.
- Comfortable Costumes: Children should wear costumes that are comfortable for sitting, walking, and playing in throughout the day.
- Scary Costumes: We kindly ask that scary costumes be kept at home for Halloween celebrations.
In addition to the dress-up fun, 6th class will be hosting a Bake Sale in the school hall. 5th and 6th class are asked to bring in nut free goods for the bake sale. Children are welcome to bring €2 to purchase a small treat.
We look forward to a fun and festive day for all the children!
Warm regards,
Emma Uí Shúilleabháin
